Website development for Pune businesses

Pune's mix of manufacturing, education and a large services sector produces a specific kind of brief: not a prettier website, but a system that removes a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. That is the work I am best at.

What Pune businesses actually need

Pune has a deep manufacturing base around Chakan and Hinjewadi, and those businesses rarely need a marketing site — they need production tracking, quotations, dealer portals and stock that reconciles. The education sector here wants admissions and enquiry management. In both cases the visible website is the smaller half of the project, and the internal system is where the value is.

  • Manufacturing and engineering firms
  • Auto component suppliers and vendors
  • Educational institutions and coaching centres
  • IT and services companies
  • Hospitality and event businesses
  • Healthcare practices and clinics
Priorities in Pune

Where the work goes

ERP and operations dashboards

Enquiry, quotation, sales order, production tracking, invoice, payment — one system, role-based so sales, production, QC and accounts each see only their part.

Dealer and vendor portals

If distributors currently order by email or phone, a portal removes the retyping and the disputes about what was actually ordered.

Admissions and enquiry capture

For institutes: enquiry forms that route to the right counsellor, follow-up tracking, and reminders that actually go out over WhatsApp.

One inbox, thousands of conversations

WhatsApp Business API & Marketing Automation

Official Meta Cloud API integration built as its own platform: a two-way inbox the sales team works from all day, approved template broadcasts to segmented lists, and automated order, payment and delivery notifications triggered straight off the ERP. Built against Meta’s messaging policy from the start, because a business number that gets restricted takes the whole channel down with it.

Questions from Pune

The ones that come up most often.

Possibly less than you need the internal system. Buyers do check that you exist online, but if your team is retyping orders between systems, that is the more expensive problem and the one I would fix first.

Longer than a website: think weeks, not days, and it is worth phasing. I would usually start with the one workflow that hurts most, get it live, then extend.

That is the design goal, and it is why the admin panels I build look like forms rather than a database. Some training is realistic for a full ERP, but if a page needs a manual, I built it wrong.
